About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Fraud & Risk Data Analyst, who thrives at the intersection of data, product, engineering, sales, and marketing to join our Ecommerce Growth Team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Ecommerce, focused on account registration and payment risk, with a hunger to identify bad actors. The candidate will analyze data sets to identify rules that improve our process efficiencies, reduce false positives, and remove friction from our commerce platform to further enable automation.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Conduct broad and comprehensive data analysis for risk objectives, industry trends, and ecosystem needs to identify and enhance our risk decisions.
  • Design and test risk policies that enable optimal user experiences
  • Utilize internal tools and external data sources for investigations
  • Leverage various investigative techniques and sources, including open-source intelligence to identify patterns and trends.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the adversary landscape along with user and buyer behavior.
  • Lead and collaborate with critical stakeholders throughout CrowdStrike to align intent, resources, and prioritization
What You’ll Need:
  • Demonstrated capacity for innovation and outside-the-box thinking in the creation of new capabilities and processes that are unstructured or exploratory in nature.
  • Advanced data query and analysis skills (SQL, Snowflake, Splunk)
  • Solid track record of achieving and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional team members such as technical product management, engineering, design, sales, and salesforce teams.
  • 2+ years of experience with navigating and creating reports in Salesforce.
  • 2+ years with Tableau
  • Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving risk problems, driving execution for the long term, and the ability to operate in the details of short-term projects.
  • Highly proactive, self-starter capable of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate and inspire cross-functional team.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Jira, Wiki, and other Atlassian products
Experience with KYC and user risk (trust and safety)

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in Colorado the salary range is $95,000 - $150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
