Your new role
The lead scientist or analyst role will be supporting and leading a data transformation in the company and communicating with stakeholders in multiple departments and at all levels. You will have extensive technical knowledge, as well as, great communication skills to collaborate with key business areas. You will be delivering and creating requirements at the front of the data strategy with a management and hands-on approach. You will be highly analytical and with critical thinking and problem solving skills to interpret, visualise and automate data.

What You'll Need To Succeed
- Extensive knowledge in data analytics, business intelligence or data science
- Proven experience gathering requirements, understanding business processes and manipulating data
- Strong SQL experience, Microsoft Office and Excel with VBA and Microsoft Power BI
- Previous exposure to stakeholder management and proposing new ideas and change
- Great mathematical skills, analytical thinking and inquisitive mind
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- £70,000 to £85,000 salary per annum dependent on experience
- Flexible hybrid working with occasional visits to head office and other sites
- Full time permanent position for a leader in the industry
