The most important contribution you make to the team:
As a Data Analyst Assortment Optimization within MediaMarkt, you are the main point of contact for guidance and advice to the assortment and display managers. You provide the assortment and display managers with data solutions. You are an expert in embedding data solutions and tools in the processes of the category team; in the BENELUX and with the international teams at our German headquarters. In addition, you monitor system and tooling usage and provide structural feedback. You are the counterpart of the business analyst; together you ensure a data-driven and scalable working method in the determination and management of assortments and you follow up the correct implementation of the category management frameworks in the commercial teams.

A proactive and structured thinker. You are analytical and solution-oriented. You unite data with business processes. You are handy with data and know how to combine data from different sources into data products that can be implemented in a scalable way in order to support business processes. What do you mean by 'the glass is half full or half empty'? You ask yourself: where is the tap? In addition, you are a real team player with excellent social and communicative skills. You like to take charge and are not afraid to show your leadership qualities. You don't wait, but show initiative so that not only you, but also the company grows!
