As a Data Analyst, you'll harness the power of data insights to enhance our client’s Patient Support Programs (PSP), including co-pay assistance initiatives.


What We’re Looking For: We seek candidates with a strong background in data analysis within the pharmaceutical sector, who understand the intricacies of financial operations tied to patient support withs strong Excel, SQL, Python, R and Power BI skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Mastery: Gather, clean, and manage extensive datasets related to co-pay assistance programs, ensuring data accuracy through rigorous validation and cross-referencing with various sources.
  • Insight Generation: Examine patient support program (PSP) data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and create dashboards and reports for clear, actionable insights.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to assess PSP impacts on company finances, recommending strategies to enhance PSP programs while balancing cost reduction and patient access.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, marketing, sales, and IT teams to implement and track data-driven improvements.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all analyses comply with industry regulations and company policies, thoroughly documenting data sources, methodologies, and findings for audits and reviews.
  • Clear Communication: Present complex data findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of data analysis experience, with mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with patient-related data.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, data modelling, and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of healthcare payment systems, including co-payments and deductibles is beneficial.
