Your tasks
- You analyze and visualize complex, structured and unstructured customer data sets and expand the internal reporting landscape.
- Furthermore, you develop forecasting models (e.g. regression models, neural networks, machine learning algorithms) to accompany decision-making processes along the entire customer lifecycle.
- You will assist in establishing a deep understanding of customers and their importance in product, process and strategy development.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis and developing test designs is also part of your job.

What you bring with you
- You have successfully completed a degree with a strong analytical focus.
- Your very good knowledge of common methods of data analysis, time series analysis, data modeling and target group-oriented presentation of results as well as the associated tools (e.g. R, Python, KNIME, SQL, Tableau) you can perfectly use with us.
- You bring a strong enthusiasm for the customer as well as customer- and market-centric thinking and have great pleasure in dealing with numbers.
- Your results-oriented approach, coupled with the courage and curiosity to critically question and advance key issues, round out your profile.
- We are happy if you also bring an above-average quality awareness and a high degree of personal responsibility.
