Data Analyst - Lifecycle

Who we are looking for

LCM program requires a resource who will be responsible for oversight and administration of program inspection, validation analysis and reporting which originates from the CMDB and is run through the LCM tool, this role provides all application mapping metrics, infrastructure mappings, etc. for the program.

What you will be responsible for

As Data Analyst – Lifecycle you will be working on LCM BAU team resource is responsible for oversight and administration of program inspection, validation analysis and reporting which originates from the CMDB and is run through the LCM tool. Role provides all application mapping metrics, infrastructure mappings, etc. for the program. Resource is also responsible for all monthly IT Risk, ETRM, PXO extracts, KRI's, metrics, etc.

  • Executes Lifecycle Tool in O365
  • App to Infra with Detail File Prep (OS Hardware and LCM Detail File)
  • App Code Report
  • Publish Weekly App to Infra results with Detail
  • Various monthly IT Risk Reports
  • Monthly ETRM Compass Report
  • Publish monthly PXO package
  • Publishes the monthly LCM Metrics Dashboard (PowerPoint and Excel versions)
  • Maintains metric history file
  • Atrack Project Setup, oversight, assignments for BAU and RES19-2280
  • Application Trending Analysis for All components, CJ, and mapped components

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
