The role:

This role is within the Digital COE and reports to the Program Manager. The role is responsible for delivering support services to users of Toll’s BI and Analytics COE applications. The role is also responsible for ensuring service delivery for both internal and external software meets the agreed business demand at the quality required, delivering business value in a cost effective and timely manner.

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst based in Pune, India.

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Identifying data sources, collecting data, sourcing missing data
• Organising data into usable formats, analysing data to find answers to specific questions
• Setting up data infrastructure, developing, implementing and maintaining databases
• Assessing quality of data and removing or cleaning data
• Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns
• Preparing reports for executive and project teams, and creating visualizations of data

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience working in a data diverse and challenging environment, with experience in working within an agile environment desirable. Strong mathematical & numeracy skills. Intermediate understanding of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle and SAP.
• Understanding of reporting & data visualisation tools such as, PowerBI, understanding of website scripts such as XML, Javascript, JSON, and understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools including Azure data factory.
• A strong understanding of the use of the Azure stack for data science and Python. Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills. Communication and presentation skills with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated successful experience in engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are being met.
• Experience in COBIT and ITIL best practice
