- Hybrid Orbis have partnered with a leading Pension Fund with several billion assets under management who have strategic growth plans to double this within the next few years. Our client are a very dynamic business with a super collaborative, well connected culture. They're looking for Lead Data Analyst to oversee the role out and production of their data comprehension initiative across the entire business. You'll Be: Successfully deliver departmental objectives by working closely with Information and Data Management teams Implement a successful delivery roadmap for Solidatus covering all business areas, establish best practices for implementation, monitor performance and provide regular feedback Working with business SMEs in developing Solidatus models and establish requirements for underlying models from a business perspective Create a guide and run a BAU process for successful implementation and management of Solidatus models Adhere to legal and regulatory matters as well as internal policies relevant to data management. You'll Have: Insurance or Investment background with experience working with data modelling and data lineage. Experience of Solidatus (or similar) software and supporting business practices An understanding of both data management and data governance policies and principles proficiency with Data management and analysis tools (e.g., Azure data products, SQL, ETL, APIs, Power BI, DQ analysis tools, Excel Ability to analyse large quantities of data quickly and understand data flows through industry practices Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders If the above sounds like you and you're looking to work in one of the UK's most established organisations within the financial sector, then please apply below or contact sam.d@weareorbis.com for more information.
