Your assignment

List of the main areas this job must achieve:

  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ?big data? technologies.
  • Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Pro-actively do ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner
  • Analyse available data and create Power BI dashboard when it is required
  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
  • Mine and analyze data from PMSA databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
  • Help to test model quality by supporting on the A/B testing framework
  • Coordinate with different functional teams the implementation of the models and monitor outcomes
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
  • Visualize, present and talk data in a clear manner
  • Educate and train the organization on; analytical thinking, report writing, correct data analytics tools usage

Your profile

Technical know-how or competencies required:

  • Strong problem solving skills
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. - - Experience using Datarobot is a plus
  • Experience working with and creating data architectures
  • Advanced knowledge working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations and coordination across teams
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
  • At least 5 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models
  • Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
  • At least one experience working with consumer data in a B2C business model
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to connect, interpret and present data to provide insightful and actionable recommendations
  • Experience on data visualization, preferably with Power BI.
  • Strong team and collaboration spirit
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Other European languages a plus
