The Commercial Excellence team acts as the strategic business partner to the sales organization. The team supports the business by analyzing business data, optimizing the go-to market approach, and striving to improve existing commercial processes.
  • Analyze and determine information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and data output, and reporting capabilities
  • Design, plan, implement and administer databases and modelling techniques to establish, modify or maintain data structures
  • Ensure quality data structures for the analysis of data, use of proper statistical analyses, and implementing visualization best practices in created content through our BI Tool
  • Drive new data development, ensuring consistency and integration with the existing data warehouse structure
  • Responsible for developing interactive visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for executive, commercial, business unit, market and product management based on CRM data
  • Identify optimization measures derived from quantitative analyses to realize growth and margin targets
  • Responsible for supporting team and end-users as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) through troubleshooting, recommending solutions and identifying opportunities to solve business purposes through Business Intelligence
  • Bachelor or master’s degree with focus on business administration, industrial engineering or IT or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
  • Must possess at least 2 years of Business Intelligence, analytics, statistics and/or reporting experience
  • Strong technical background and be current on modern BI and reporting technologies (preferably Tableau experience, but also SAC or Power BI)
  • Deep experience with data visualizations and tools
  • Business Intelligence and reporting experience
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated working effectively in cross-functional project teams to identify business requirements and translate into optimized commercial actions
  • Outstanding business sense and result-driven mentality
  • Strong implementation and integration experience
  • Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and out-of-the-box” thinking
  • Energetic, strong communicator across all hierarchical levels
  • Fluent language skills in English
