I'm partnered with a UK leading manufacturing/retail business who are looking to hire a legacy Data Engineer into the team!

The Company

Think B&Q...think Wickes. This manufacturing/retail business has just finished its migration over to Power BI and are now looking to hire a Data Engineer to join the team to help in the migration from on-prem to the Cloud in the next 3/4 years!

THE ROLE

The successful candidate can expect to be involved in...

• Helping with the migration over to the Cloud
• Developing and maintaining ETL pipelines
• Understanding the data requirements
• Lots of products and solutions - this candidate needs to come in discuss what has worked previously, and build solutions to the businesses problems
  

Your Skills And Experience

The successful candidate will have...

• At least 18 months of UK Data Engineering experience
• Experience in migration from on-prem to the Cloud
• GCP/AWS/Azure experience
• Python (desired)
• Airflow (desired)
• Lafka (desired)

THE PROCESS

• One-hour technical discussion with the hiring manager over MS Teams
