Job Title: Data Analyst (Contract)
Are you a data expert with a passion for problem-solving? Do you have experience in retail and enjoy working with customers to identify their needs? We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.
As a successful candidate, you'll have a bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related technical subject area, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You'll have 8-10 years of IT experience, with at least 6-8 years of proven work experience in a Data Analyst role.
You'll be responsible for identifying data sources, working with customers to understand their requirements, and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations. You'll need experience in SQL and a scripting language such as Python or R, as well as demonstrated experience with data entry, data management, and investigating complex databases. BSA candidates with cloud experience in AWS, Hadoop, or Azure are preferred.
We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. You'll need to be able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment and work independently to complete large projects and solve problems.
This is a remote position, and the schedule is a typical 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate for this contract position is $65.00 - $70.00 per hour, depending on experience.
