Job description

The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for directing specific web and digital projects as they relate to measurement, reporting and quantifying an ROI of digital programs. Key responsibilities include designing dashboards, generating detailed reports, driving process optimization, and presenting findings.


We are considering remote candidates in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ME, MI, NV, NJ, NY, NC, SC, TN, TX, and VT.

  • Identify content opportunities to support mission goals and key performance indicators, creating easy-to-understand reports that highlight performance and trends
  • Steer data-driven insights on visitor behavior by analyzing website data on traffic patterns, navigation behavior, and content engagement
  • Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends
  • Manage and clean data to measure website performance and build/maintain dashboards, QR codes, tags and general reports
  • Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve website effectiveness by drilling into website data to improve engagement and performance
  • Developing reports and presenting analysis results to internal partners and clients, including significant findings, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Communicate and present analytical findings including action items and recommendations to clients and internal partners with technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as needed for client campaigns



BS/BA or MS in analytics, data science, marketing statistics or related field


Minimum 4+ years of analytics experience OR a Master’s degree in relevant field of study and 2+ years of relevant experience


  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media measurement utilities is required
  • Experience with Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Test & Target, or other testing tools
  • Knowledge of general scripting language and SQL
  • Experience developing measurement plans and defining KPIs based off program strategy and objectives
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to create diagrammed and graphed information highlighting key data
  • Strong Excel capabilities including using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Logical and analytical thinker, with a high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing user behavior patterns using available data
  • Working knowledge of search optimization and implementation a plus
  • Knowledge of statistics and statistical software packages (R, SAS, STATA)
