In your role as a Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/d) you will engage with various teams to understand their business needs and help them leverage data for decision-making. You will also work closely with the Data Team and build best-in-class analytics together.

Job Description
  • Develop engaging reports to support day-to-day operations and decisions
  • Work closely with stakeholders in our Marketing domain, help them define requirements and logic for metrics to measure performance of complex operations and events
  • Develop and build on your existing knowledge within the Marketing domain driving projects from start to end with full ownership
  • Own the Adjust setup to guarantee the best tracking solutions utilized in our performance marketing channels
  • Support channel managers on tracking and attribution challenges from our always changing market (i.e. iOS14 changes, EU-cookie regulations, etc)
  • Collaborate with Display, SEM, Growth, Product and Tech on projects around attribution and tracking
  • Support data engineers in developing our data warehouse infrastructure
  • Collaborate with other data analysts, data engineers and data scientists on cross-functional team projects
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute with your ideas

  • 2+ years experience working in an analytical role
  • Strong SQL skills (preferably on Google BigQuery)
  • Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
  • Nice to have: hands on experience with marketing data and knowledge of marketing tools
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with Looker or similar tools for data visualization
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with Python
  • You are detail-oriented and provide precise results in your analyses
  • You are a problem solver who is able to think independently, go beyond the requirements and suggest new developments
  • Very good communication skills in English (spoken & written); German is a plus
