Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Mantu: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Most of Mantu applications are designed from scratch and raise challenges on different areas of knowledge as Business Intelligence, user-friendly aspect, or efficiency. You will work on many projects that carry varying responsibilities.
By integrating data department, you will be part of a young, ambitious, and diverse global team.
As Data Engineer, you will mainly oversee defining and providing datas to departments and brands of Mantu. You will handle each step of the process (KPI definition, data discovery, dataflow design, datasets creation, reporting, monitoring & architecture…) with the collaboration of data analysts.
Your main responsibilities would be to:
- Collaborate closely with whole Mantu departments and decision makers to identify and translate business needs into data processes and KPI’s with unique calculation and definition shared within the group
- Implement indicators in the global datawarehouse and restitution’s solutions (dashboarding, scorecards, reports, tabular model, OLAP) to analyze and pilot activities
- Ensure data integrity cross our performance-based metrics
- Based on Microsoft’s technologies Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Database, Datalake, Logic Apps, SSIS, MDX, T-SQL, DAX & Power BI), oversee the development and collaboration to structure development framework within the data team
- Be in charge ETL workflows creation and maintenance
Ideal profile:
- You are graduated from Engineering School or hold an IT Master Degree and most preferably with a BI/Big data/ Data Engineering / ERP / Data Analyst specialty.
- You have already 4 years of experience working in a data environment and already took the lead on some strategic projects.
- You have been working with Data Factory, Synapse, or the MS BI suite
- Knowledge in others Azure services would be appreciated
- Proactive person who like to learn new things days by days. You are curious, you like to understand the whole picture and to work with other members of a multidisciplinary team.
- You can identify what really matters in an environment where a lot of problems are going through and need to be solved. You have a natural charisma and willingness to take the lead.
