Delivery Data Scientist

There will be relentless customer-driven focus on business outcomes, collaboration, rock solid solutions that scale, and contribution towards driving the success of other Data Scientists. We measure outcomes, not hours. We run on Trust, and unless onsite presence is required, you can work from wherever you want.

We win and deliver projects and programs that are part of business transformation. It may be a machine learning pipeline, advice on how the customer should establish and organize their data science team or charting their analytic roadmap. The data science solutions should drive value for our customers. These are significant projects with world leading customers that consistently push the edge of scalability, architecture, and business value.

We collaborate within the team of architects, business professionals, project managers, data engineers and data scientists. We work across Microsoft with sales teams, product teams, and Microsoft research. Moreover, we engage our partners to assure an optimal mix of skills and experiences required for the delivery. What you share, how you leverage the work of others, and how you shape the careers and skills of others are all measurements of collaboration.

The job assumes a foundation of core data science skills enriched with curiosity, delivery experience in commercial environments, great customer and communication skills, and the experience to lead and mentor less experienced team members. More specifically:
