As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for suggesting and conducting analytics to support several teams throughout the company, such as Product, Traffic, Marketplace, and Finance. You’ll be in charge of developing predictive models that will help grow the business by identifying the highest-converting leads and providing novel insights to our clients. Responsibilities: Review the company databases and engage in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to identify analysis paths that might provide the best opportunity for growth. Develop models to help other teams improve their KPIs. Research and use state-of-the-art algorithms to mine the collected data for impactful and actionable insights. Write code that follows best practices for clarity, robustness and maintainability, to collaborate with other team members effectively. Communicate the results of the analyses to stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations showcasing the main findings. Provide recommendations for action based on the analytic findings, as well as for further research to keep growing the company.

Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related analytic field (completed or in progress), or equivalent work experience. 2+ years experience using at least one of R and Python, or similar languages. 1+ years experience in a relevant position involving the analysis of data and creation of reports. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (such as QlikView or PowerBI) preferred. Advanced English
