The client is a global software provider to TSPs who use our technology to support over 1 million businesses globally. They are owned by a leading Private Equity company with a track record of backing high growth and profitable software companies.

Job Description

• Transform business to be SAAS platform through real time metrics and indicators on churn, downgrade and upsell opportunities
• Work with the product team to develop Data as a Service for new product offerings
• Establish baseline/KPIs, pull together disparate data sources and enrich data as needed to create a feature store to be used in repeated experimentation. Use it to build dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Find opportunities for and assist in developing experiments and predictive models to increase product acquisition, retention, expansion, and monetization.
• Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to product data and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Professional with 7+ Years of Experience in Core Analytics and Data Science
• Expertise in SQL and Power BI
• Strong experience with common Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, Seaborn, etc.)
• Good communication skills and ability to manage global stakeholders
• Ability to build predictive models
• Experience with Data Science and Engineering platforms (Dataiku, SageMaker, DBT and Git)
