About the team:
The SAP North America High Growth Team is looking for a highly motivated, self-started to join the team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will support a variety of internal initiatives. This individual will work with the High Growth sales teams to fulfill requests to gather and populate contact information and other account details, harmonize various data sources, and provide operational support for the team.
Expectations:

  • Utilize both business and technical acumen in achieving the deliverables
  • Can independently drive initiatives and tasks end-to-end
  • Collaborate and work jointly with the local team, North America sales teams, and related stakeholders
  • Contribute to, and support, the work of your team members and the overall deliverables of the team, as required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop standard process for documenting and executing requests from the sales team
  • Curate, assess, and populate account contact information
  • Analyze multiple data sources, eliminating duplicate and erroneous data
  • Creating graphics or slides as needed to document expected and actual outcomes
  • Create short informational videos
  • Maintain various assets in support of account and territory planning activities
  • Interact and align with various stakeholders from across the business

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone with a keen attention to detail and an ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technology and business acumen combined with critical analysis skills.
Educational Requirements: 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student studying in the area of commerce, business, marketing, communications or related discipline
Required Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated business and technology skills, including extensive Microsoft Excel acumen
  • Is well organized with a project-like approach to structuring work assignments
  • Has very strong written and verbal communication skills

Experienced in:

  • researching and analyzing multiple sources of data
  • working with social networking platforms such as LinkedIn and others
  • researching and creating presentations
  • Is a big picture thinker who can conceptualize and solve problems that span relevant disciplines and domains
  • Can independently drive initiatives
  • Has ability to work collaboratively with groups in various functional areas of SAP, both locally and remotely
  • Likes to contribute to the plans and activities of other team members
  • General computer proficiency, including software programs like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and others

Work Experience:
Experience in the context of some, or all, of the following:

  • project management,
  • conducting data analysis and normalization across multiple data sources
  • interacting and aligning with various stakeholders
