Supply Chain Data Analyst

Job description

The Supply Data Chain Analyst will provide support to a wide range of functions within the supply chain team and will also be required to extract and disseminate the data from primarily the ERP system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage daily Supply Chain operations coordinating with suppliers, customers and internal customer account managers.
  • Develop and report supply chain performance metrics and root cause analysis
  • Daily planning around product shipments using M3 along with EPOS and stock counts from customers to ensure all KPI metrics are hit weekly.
  • Stock purchasing
  • Vendor management
  • Support the Supply Chain and Product Manager in defining and documenting the supply chain strategy and operating plan.
  • Work with the Supply Chain and Product Manager to design, document, implement and measure multi-channel supply chain support models to meet business needs.
  • Responsibility for Master Data gathering from legacy systems, suppliers, and teams in the company. Prepare gathered and cleansed data for the ERP system
  • Reporting and creating Reports (BI)

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' supply chain experience
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or Engineering
  • ERP system experience with proficiency in Excel, SQL 2012 and BI Reporting
  • Experience in data gathering, data cleansing
