Senior Data Engineer at a multinational company in financial and banking services
Responsibilities
The Senior Data Engineer has key Data Engineering and Analysis skills to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of transversal Core Data projects, to manage the integration and support the various applications and tools in production environment. The Senior Data Engineer coordinates with other internal teams to provide best design and support from build to run. He/She can work in different projects from data analysis, big data and data science with a wide range of responsibilities depending on their level.

What you will need to succeed
Expertise on Database handling and implementation
Expertise on cloud based technologies
Enterprise edition ETL tools experience
Expertise of AWS GLUE and other ETL AWS based technologies;
Expertise with AWS Lambdas; Java, Python languages hands on
Knowledge and ability to plan and execute, big data management and analytics.
Ability to identify, collect and analyze data to facilitate the development, implementation and application of software systems
Bring ideas on tools and framework used by other firms in order to help defining target
Provide accurate tasks estimates and develop the associated tools
Produce clear and accurate documentation and train teams to use delivered software
Contribute on design and architect next generation applications
Interact with out-sourcing vendors and staff to complete development projects
Conform and improve Software Development Life Cycle
