Digital Data Analyst - Midlands - hybrid, once a fortnight in the office Up to £40,000 per year Henderson Scott is currently recruiting for a Digital Data Analyst to join our client's Digital Analytics team and analyse and report on user behaviour and activity across our client's digital customer touch points from websites to mobile apps and more. Role: The role will business partner with digital channel and product teams to deliver reporting to allow the stakeholders to optimise their activities. You will also be proactive in reviewing and identifying opportunities or areas of concern across our client's digital estate and ensuring the appropriate action is taken. This role will support in the implementation and assessment of digital transformation projects such as the re-platforming of websites and the delivery of a new mobile app with a focus on Google Analytics, Looker studio and SQL. Core skills Experience with digital tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4 preferably), Firebase, GTM, BigQuery, SQL, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity/Hot Jar, and comparable tools Knowledge of digital analytics, AB testing, and industry trends Experienced with data visualisation tools and dashboard creation tools (Looker or similar) Strong analytical skills and able to collect, organise, and analyse complex data Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a results-orientated mindset Experience as a Digital Analyst/Web Analyst (ideally in Mobile App reporting) Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS would be advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders If you are a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst with a background in digital tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM) we want to hear from you!
