Edwards Lifesciences is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Draper Quality team supporting the global delivery system network. This is an exciting new role where they will be strategically analyzing operational data and providing insights and solutions for improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of business processes/operations. They will be focused on quality data which they will use to create reports and dashboards.

** This is a hybrid role. They will be in the office more initially as they train. **

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing sites) to understand business challenges, problems and opportunities. Design, develop and implement solutions, both technical (e.g., Metrics Dashboards, Moving existing reports to different software) and non-technical (e.g., Metrics process changes).
Perform complex data analysis, develop data driven insights and root-causes for inefficiencies and ineffectiveness of processes, and identify opportunities to improve training, processes, systems and product data quality. Develop solution alternatives to resolve issues, influence and create buy-in with stakeholders.
Partner with IT and other software development partners to architect, drive design, implement operational metrics dashboards for business units, functions and regions/plants. Continually improve user experience for Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.
Perform and manage software validation and/or testing requirements and activities.
Other incidental duties as assigned.
Software currently used by the team: Alteryx, Power BI

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3 years of previous related experience Required

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in architecting, developing, deploying business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions to internal and external stakeholders strongly preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in a regulated industry
Experience using Alteryx and/or Power BI
Experience making reports and giving them to teams

Additional Skills:
Experience interfacing and influencing stakeholders in complex organizations with multiple business units and global cross-functional groups including the ability to gain resolutions and build consensus with key stakeholders in challenging situations
Proven successful project management skills
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Advanced Excel, Global Supply Chain, and relational databases systems required
Ability to develop compliance processes and procedures
Excellent documentation skills, communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Understanding of quantitative methodologies, techniques and tools to develop best in class analytic solutions
Strict attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Interacts with team members and peer managers, normally involving matters between cross-functional teams and the company; often leads a cooperative effort among members of a project team
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., quality systems procedures)
