Role summary

This is an exciting new role within Clinisupplies. The role has been created due to an increasing demand for
more in depth insights in both our marketing and home delivery service. The role will report directly to the
Marketing Director supporting both marketing projects as well as our home delivery service. This new role
will be critical in enabling the business to make better decisions and shaping the future of our services and
portfolios. The role will be a mix of projects and operational reporting and you will deliver in-depth analysis,
performance reports and data driven insights.

We are looking for someone who is commercially curious and enjoys all aspects of data analysis and
management. Working with our data analysts in the commercial and operation functions you will share
knowledge, however this role will have a high level of autonomy. You will gain experience in working across
the total business and will enjoy a wide variation of challenges and projects.



Role responsibilities
The following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all
the duties that you may be required to do.


A summary of key areas of responsibility is as follows:

  • Support the delivery of standard performance packs at agreed timings
  • Provide high quality analytical insights in terms of activity and performance monitoring
  • Support the development and update of the CRM to improve the activity and the performance of the
home delivery team
  • Manage the various incentive schemes for home delivery teams
  • Support ongoing and ad hoc analysis of team activities and brand performance, sharing insights and
providing recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Support development of forecast models and the Rolling Quarterly Forecast process
  • Plan the daily operational activity in home delivery team by allocating resources and maintaining cost

efficiencies

Skills and experience required

  • Experience in CRM and analytics (MS Dynamics would be advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent skills in data management, with a strong eye for detail
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Clear communication skills – you listen well, speak confidently and sensitively to others in a variety of
settings and are comfortable talking to and building relationships with all levels
  • Ability to assimilate complex information into a cohesive, concise and persuasive message for multiple
stakeholders – most importantly, senior management – and have confidence addressing impromptu
questions about your work
  • Able to effectively evaluate and balance your needs as an individual or department, with the needs of
the organisation as a whole
  • Strong IT skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Think-Cell and Power BI
would be an advantage
