Intrado is looking to hire an SR Data Analyst in Longmont, CO to join our Life & Safety business segment.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for performing routine data entry tasks including address, telephone, and error correction updates associated with E9-1-1 database maintenance;
• Identify customer needs relating to training, documentation, and procedures
• Provide assistance to assigned co-workers, providing support and answering questions as necessary, ensuring functions are efficiently performed and paperwork is processed in a quality-oriented manner; participate in the activities associated with a variety of departmental projects including preparing reports, material, documentation, and coordinating tasks
• Report any unresolved database maintenance issues to supervisor in a timely manner

Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

• Minimum three years data collection or data entry experience required
  • Minimum two years customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Project required
• Must successfully meet minimum score on data entry test
