KEY REQUIREMENTS
Business Acumen
  • 6+ years of relevant experience with US healthcare/ pharma consulting
  • Must have experience with US Pharma/healthcare analytics
  • Added Advantage: Demonstrated success of designing and supporting healthcare analytics platforms would be an added advantage
Technical Skills
  • Must haves:
  • Must have worked on data analytics platforms like PySpark/Python and SQL
  • Must be well versed with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Nice-to-haves:
    • Hands-on experience in analyzing Healthcare claims data (Eligibility, Medical, Rx) and other related datasets (DRG, CMS, NPI, CPT etc.)
  • Knowledge of Unix Scripting, MongoDB databases would be a plus.
Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to work on and manage multiple concurrent projects for multiple stakeholders with a quality-focused approach.
  • Ability to understand, identify, and recommend reporting needs and improvements.
  • Strong verbal, written, and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
  • Ability to work creatively & analytically in a problem-solving environment with minimal direction
Soft Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills - Professional, service oriented, proactive, and flexible
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment demonstrating good level of maturity
  • Ability to make quick decisions both by qualitatively and quantitatively assessing a problem
  • Ability to work productively with team members, identify and resolve issues in a collaborative manner

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
  • Co-partner and work with a US healthcare analytics client to support analytics needs, build healthcare cost management tools and managing the high-volume healthcare data
  • Ensure timely, high quality delivery to clients through effective team management; creating hypothesis; defining deliverables and envisaged outputs; drawing the structure and plan; prioritizing and setting daily timelines; reviewing the team’s output, providing feedback, and ensuring quality control
  • Independently carryout meetings/discussions with customers with an ability to translate business questions into analytics problems and develop business rules, process flow and methodology for analysis
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of healthcare data and processes
  • Work alongside clients to develop tailored solutions to create impactful outcomes and handle objections of customers tactfully
  • Documentation of business/ data processes and repository maintenance
  • Act as a liaison between other teams, work on multiple and parallel projects
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions along with coaching, guiding, and mentoring Analysts on teams
