Support management and teams across the entire company with their analytics requests by interpreting data and generating actionable insights to help their decision making.
Transform raw data into easily digestible reports and dashboards, and map events from client and backend to user journeys.
Talk to all stakeholders in the company to understand their analytics needs, and then work together with client, backend, and data engineers, to make this data available, document it, and manage access to it.
Support us in maintaining and advancing our analytics tool landscape by reviewing our existing analytics and BI infrastructure and by adding additional solutions in the future.
Look for opportunities to automate processes and provide access to data in such a way that data can be accessed more autonomously.
Write SQL queries and scripts in other programming languages to make your work reusable and accessible to others.
You have more than two years of post-university work experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on B2C products and services. Optimally, you have experience in mobile app data.
You know how to write complex SQL queries to fetch data from our data warehouse and you feel comfortable writing scripts in Python or R to analyze larger datasets.
You have worked with BI and data visualization tools such as Metabase, Google Studio, Tableau, Looker, etc. You are not only familiar with using these products as an end user but you also know how to administer and configure them.
You come with an investigative mindset and you are eager to find the root cause of surprising and counterintuitive observations in our product or user base.
You balance well between digging deep into the problem and delivering impactful output at the same time.
You have strong communication skills (English, both written and spoken) in order to understand requirements and to share and present your findings.
What do we offer?
Career building is part of the deal -- you don't join to just write tests and contribute to the product - you also join to improve your career. We pay special attention to your personal development and make sure you're focusing on the skills that matter the most to you.
Lean processes -- we try hard to cut meetings and processes to a minimum, to ensure that you’re focusing on being productive. And we encourage all interactions to be direct and open, not forcing you to go through any intermediaries to get your work done.
United in diversity -- with people from all over the world, from Tunisia to France, from India to Poland, we are multicultural by default and proud to be so. We all come from different walks of life and cultural backgrounds, and we continue to push for diversity in our team!
We're building a team, not just making money -- we solve hard problems together but we also relax and have fun. From team cooking to going on company trips, from office parties to go-karting, we'll make sure you have a good work-life balance.
No one else is doing what we're doing -- it's that simple. We're pioneering local communication and since communication is a basic human need, our work is just very very exciting. On top of that, we are one of the few large scale European Social Networks. There’s not that many and we're very proud to be Made in Europe.
