- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in support or
end-user software support demonstrating software troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of product development processes in manufacturing
industries; these could include BOM management, Document Management,
Engineering Change Management.
- Enovia PLM
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Internet
- Data correction, Data cleansing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills needed for documentation,
