Vestas Power Solutions is where new product ideas or technologies are matured, developed, tested and improved. To put it short, Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) is the cornerstone of Vestas. We are shaping the future of modern energy. The newly established product verification development department are tasked with bringing in new tools methodologies that will support the digitalization transformation of Vestas' Test and verification department. In collaboration with technical specialists and module engineers we will combine high-quality technologies with real-world requirements of our latest products. Creating total certainty for all new Vestas products through verified data.


Responsibilities

  • To support the Data scientists and architects in creating data insights on Vestas' Test and Verification data
  • To capture requirements throughout the business
  • To investigate new technologies and develop them into workable solutions
  • To participate with big data collaborations

Qualifications

  • You have a technical or other relevant degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.), including relevant courses in e.g. Machine Learning, data analytics, data science
  • Knowledge of IT database structure systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Competencies

  • Motivated and focused. Must have the mindset to promote the business into this new way of working
  • You embrace changes and you are professional through the changing environments
  • You are interested in new technologies, and a forward-thinking mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft ADX, Kusto, Python, Matlab, Java, SQL (and, or similar) is a big plus
  • Enjoy working with data and problem solving
