Data Analyst (Contractor)

Our client looking for a Data Analyst (Contractor) who is a dynamic, forward-thinking individual, to work closely with the Lead Database Administrator, the IT, System & Projects Team, and key stakeholders both internal and external to deliver high-quality data cleasing and migration, reporting, and analytics to support project delivery and to help improve the IT Infrastructure.

Description

The successful Data Analyst (Contractor) will be;

• Cleasing, merging, and the migration of data (ETL) from a variety of ERP system using a combination of MS Excel, MS SQL, and other Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI
• Making simple front-end configuration changes to the various ERP's across the business when required
• Developing knowledge to become a subject matter expert for the various ERP System's: providing both technical knowledge to internal business users and business knowledge to third-party developers
• Supporting project members and business leads to fully document and capture the business requirements and occasional updating System Data Documentation to ensure it is kept up to date

Profile

The successful Data Analyst (Contractor) will have;

• Data Analysis skills, ability to understand and work with complex data structures and problem-solving skills
• Advanced users of Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, SQL Server Integration
• Experience in undertaking data migration projects in previous roles
• The ability to adapt your style to communicate effectively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Offer

Our client is offering an attractive day rate for a 6-month contract within the Oil and Gas environment in Knowsley.
