Responsibilities
Design and develop data pipelines using tools like Informatica and Talend to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
Create and maintain data models in data warehouses or data marts to support analytical reporting and business intelligence.
Develop and maintain data visualizations using PowerBI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
Optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency.
Required Skills And Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as data engineer
Strong proficiency in ETL tools like Informatica and Talend.
Expertise in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI
Understanding of cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics).
Experience in designing and developing data warehouses and data marts.
Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and analytics platforms.
Experience with data governance and data quality management.
