Position Title: Data Analyst 3

Position Location:

• Hybrid 3 days onsite, preference is Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas, or Birmingham (in order of preference)
• Prefer candidate to work EST hours 8-5 EST M-F 40 hours

To support building dashboards and analyzing performance of DI tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports
• Building dashboards to support products
• Identifying requirements and data needed to build reports
• Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis
• Locating and fixing errors in reports
• Training others on how to use and create reports
• Establish standards for metrics & reporting for new & existing products and capabilities
• Develop process to align with new projects/strategic initiatives intersecting with DI to capture requirements and build as part of the project
• Create a backlog and roadmap of future DI metrics & reporting enhancements
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and performance improvements for capabilities

Must have technical skills/experience:

• Identity Management
• Identity theft experience
• Experience with core reporting capabilities ex : Tableau
• Experience writing queries to pull visualize data
