In this role, you have the opportunity to data safer
As a Data De-identification Professional, you will be responsible for data de-identification operations, processes, and governance across Philips.
You will evaluate, integrate, and develop (pioneering) privacy preserving technologies and de-identification tooling.
You are responsible for
Translate regulatory requirements into de-identification technical requirements based on the data, its structure, and the data sharing scenario, while ensuring compliance with Philips company policies.
Have full understanding of the state-of-the-art in digital security and privacy protection topics.
Design and develop new solutions to address privacy preserving challenges.
Complete data de-identification based on the Philips Global De-identification Service methodology/standards and help mature the operating model.
Contribute to the Philips de-identification governance framework for the de-identification program.
You are a part of
As a Data De-identification Professional, you are a member of Philips Global De-identification Service within Information and Data Management (IDM). The Data Quality & Governance Team consists of 6-8 people located in Bangalore and Eindhoven interacting with the businesses all over the world.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
A Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, or another relevant area.
A strong inclination to and background in digital security or privacy protection, proven by relevant 4-7 years experience and results.
Software skills fit for data processing and analysis (e.g. Python, SQL).
Experience with privacy models, e.g. k-anonymity, l-diversity, t-closeness, differential privacy, statistical re-identification risk determination in accordance with HIPAA and GDPR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in English.
