We are looking to hire a Data Analyst to join our data team at Zazzle. You will take on the collection, organization and manipulation of data in order to develop and maintain vital reporting. Your output will be consumed by a variety of stakeholders throughout the organization, up to and including the executive level. You will be expected to understand the data and reporting requirements of the stakeholders and be able to communicate effectively with them regularly.
Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, the Data Analyst will help drive business decisions by building partnerships and contributing to solving problems across the company. The Data Analyst will be an important data partner – sharing, communicating and disseminating insights that will elevate Zazzle’s business to the next level.

Our office is located in the heart of Cork City, but we have a fully remote option from anywhere in Ireland! We also offer hybrid working for those who would like to be in our Cork office for part of their week.
What will you do as a Data Analyst?
- Help improve existing processes along with developing new reports and dashboards.
- Effectively utilize multiple data sources in order to tell stories and solve problems.
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Identify and troubleshoot data issues / errors.
- Provide quality assurance of data.
- Train end users on new reports, dashboards and other tools
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring to Zazzle
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in numeric or business field.
- 3-4 years of work experience as a data analyst and creating data visualization to aid storytelling.
- Experience in SQL, R, Python or other data-mining languages
- Experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders to develop reports and assess potential risks.
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to function independently and have a strong attention to detail.
