ODI Data Engineer
- Oracle DWH, ETL etc; Bristol, BS16 with Remote working, c£575 per day per day (inside IR35), Min 6 month contract, start ASAP Experienced Data Engineer/Data Warehouse Engineer sought to support my client in the build and further enhancement of their data warehouse solutions (primarily using ODI
- Oracle data warehouse technologies). You will have a proven track record of delivering DW solutions and the technical ability to develop, enhance, tune & support ETL/ELT and data integration solutions using popular tools from Oracle (Oracle Data Integrator/ODI essential) and PL/SQL. Experience of Star schema & Dimensional modelling will be highly advantageous as well as programming experience in Python, Scala, Java as well as PL/SQL. Also advantageous is an understanding of streaming technologies such AWS DMS, Kafka or Golden Gate to enable Real Time analytics &/or awareness of Google Analytics structures, data collection and storage, GA API calling, extraction and load from GA into a custom warehouse. The Data Engineer will also have excellent written & verbal communication skills in order to liaise with technical & business stakeholders as well as any 3rd parties. Day rate Dependent on experience c£575 per day (less Employers NI, holiday pay, pension etc). NB My client operates all contractors Inside IR35' via a preferred umbrella company. To start ASAP, min 6 month contract. The team work partly remotely as well as occasional days (average 1 per week) from their smart, modern offices based in either North Bristol (BS16) OR London (SE1). Interested?
