Primary Job Duties
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units and positions.
Proficient in score-carding techniques and mechanics.
Review and create scorecards as per evolving business needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of existing score-carding methods.
Collaborate with the Human Capital department to ensure competitive variable compensation practices.
Align compensation practices with market benchmark intel.
Continuously seek improvements to align with the bank's strategy and growth.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy in scorecard calculations.
Ensure templates accurately represent KPIs, methodology, and compensation payouts.
Document the mechanics of scorecards and maintain up-to-date procedures.
Communicate scorecard methodology to business units.
Maintain formulas for scorecard data calculations.
Propose improvements when necessary.
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to create dashboards and ensure data integrity and accuracy in scorecard results.
Provide consistent feedback to management and Human Capital for process improvements and alignment goals.
Navigate databases and accounting systems to extract and model data.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience: Five (5) years in the Banking industry.
Prior experience in Accounting, Finance, or Strategic Planning is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Advanced Skills And Experience In Scorecards And Scorecarding Methodology.
Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Outstanding customer service skills to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
Intermediate knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations and operational policies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
