As a Data Engineer, you will work within a Data Engineering and Analytics team and be responsible for design, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of high-quality data solutions enabling predictive, preventive healthcare. You will work alongside other engineering teams, product managers and UX in a fast-paced startup like environment to define and build the best healthcare consumer product experience through data, analytics and data science approaches.
You are an engineer with experience modeling and analyzing data, developing data transfer and transformation pipelines, and experience implementing analytics solutions for consumer and internal usage. You have knowledge or experience using commercial data warehouse and data transformation tools but can also develop custom solutions using SQL, Python, or R to meet product and consumer demands. To be successful, engineers need to be both creative and highly technical. You will dig into the data, business and customer requirements, and defects identified by product managers and product support teams and design effective data solutions and deliver innovative insights. You will develop, unit test, and perform peer reviews on application code and contribute to the technical roadmap for our data and analytics platform.
