Data Scientist (Hybrid)

A services organization in Washington, D.C. is currently seeking a new Data Scientist for a promising opportunity with their growing staff.

• This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to join their staff onsite a few days a week.***

Responsibilities

The Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and employing strategies to analyze key issues, draw conclusions from data, and recommend viable solutions to address customer mission needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Data Science experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistical Computing and/or a related Technical area
• Experience interacting with AI/ML
• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, and Natural Language processing using industry-standard tools, such as Python
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Experience performing Statistical Analysis to identify correlation with financial data.
