Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, the CRO & Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing and translating data into actionable insights that improve the digital experience and drive business goals.
What you'll get to do
Data Collection: Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to implement tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Contentsquare, Bloomreach, SAC etc) and ensure data accuracy & completeness.
User Behavior & Customer Data Analysis: Analyze user interactions & sales data on digital platforms to understand their behavior, preferences, and pain points, at times managing external agencies.
UX / UI Optimizations: Propose improvements to UX / UI and Content teams based on derived insights.
Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, conversion rates, bounce rates, and other relevant metrics.
A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize website elements, such as layouts, content, and CTAs. Present recommendations to UX / UI and content teams based on derived insights.
Segmentation: Collaborate with brand and global CRM & Media teams to analyze customer database and create user segments based on behavior, demographics, & other factors to tailor digital experiences for different audience groups.
Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights to the Digital Experience Manager and other stakeholders, including top management.
User Interviews & Tests: Collaborate with internal and external teams to conduct user tests and interviews setting up relevant hypothesis to validate.
Competitor Analysis: Keeps tqabls on industry trends and competitors' digital experiences to identify areas for competitive advantage.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with the Digital Experience Manager to make informed decisions about website improvements, content strategy, and user journey enhancements.
Profile description:
We'd love to meet you if you have
Minimum 3 years’ experience as CRO, Data Analyst, UX Researcher, UX Designer, or Digital Product Owner in an agency or brand environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Communication Sciences of Design, Business Administration).
Proficiency in key data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Bloomreach, SAC, Python, SQL & other).
Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize, AB Tasty etc).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
Knowledge of web tracking technologies.
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and anomalies in data.
