The main purpose of this role is to organize and make sense of collections of data focus on Manulife Group Retirement Solutions. The role will provide opportunities to evaluate design review and implement information pertinent to the business. The Data analyst will have the opportunity to develop and promote dashboard usage and actively support in close collaboration with business partners to develop metrics and KPI’s to drive analytic-based insight and continuous process improvement. The Data analysis and insight Team – an agile Team dedicated to Manulife Group Retirement Solutions – is currently looking for an analytical, proactive, strategic thinker to join their team as Data Analyst. Reporting to the Manager Data Analysis and Insight, the incumbent is primarily responsible for extraction, management, and analysis of data used by the Manulife group retirement solutions to support existing and new initiatives and measure the long-term benefits to the business. The incumbent will also play a key role in promoting data usage and availability and suggestions for improvement, as well as support the data feeds that enter the Group Retirement Solutions Business Intelligence (GRSBI) data warehouse.
