What You’ll Do:

As a Data/AI Engineer, you will help optimize our data analysis pipeline tasks like data retrieval, cleaning, normalization, and applying statistics, NLP, LLM, and other AI techniques.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a real-world project alongside experienced developers at the intersection of AI and scientific research.

Who You Are:

• You have a degree in Computer Science Data Analysis or AI.
• You are familiar with big data processing tools: Python (FastAPI, SpaCy, Spark NLP), LLM API (), Pipeline (Airflow), Storage (S3, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Qdrant).
• You have expertise in DevOps practices: Gitlab, Gitlab-CI, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Scaleway, Ansible, and Terraform.
• You are familiar with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• You are a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• An interest in Data Science and AI!
• You have biomedical knowledge.
