Data Analyst - Team Leader

As Data Analyst you will be the main responsible for planning, organizing, analyzing, and improving al matters related to 24/7 connected services.

With your strong people management skills, you will help your team succeed.

KONE is known as a technological pioneer in our industry, in order to stay market leader we need people who can use the data retrieved from our existing services and improve on the way we use it. In this role, you will work closely with our global development team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead a team of 3 technicians
  • Analyze data derived from different sources
  • With this data, you will work on improving our 24/7 services and the preventive detection of system breakdown
  • Collaborate with our global team on the development of our 24/7 services
  • Follow-up on service orders and plan the service/installation visits
  • Communicate to the business about developments and new features

What background are we looking for?

  • Strong digital skills
  • Experience in people management is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  • You have an engineering degree in a technical or economical background or a bachelor in electromechanics or any other data related field.
  • You like analyzing different results and filter out important information to escalate
