Data Scientist - Statistics

One of the most stable tech-focused healthcare companies is currently seeking a hands-on Data Scientist to join our team responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and statistical algorithms to analyze large datasets and provide insights for decision-making. You will be working with ML libraries and languages such as Python and R, as well as containerization tools on the cloud platform. This position is 100% fully remote.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in risk modeling and a statistical approach to modeling, with experience in Bayesian statistics. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, and possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex problems. They will be self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team to meet project timelines and deliverables.
