Phoenix Marketing’s Advertising Insights group is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team of research professionals. When you join the Phoenix team, you’ll work with energetic and collaborative team members who are dedicated and passionate about their work. And, you’ll help ensure the highest quality data gets delivered to our clients.

Job Description:

As a data analyst, you will be responsible for field management, data collection, and data processing of syndicated and custom research studies for a variety of clients.

• Manage data collection and data processing on ad and brand research projects
• Ensure the integrity of all data by following quality control processes
• Juggle multiple projects/priorities at a time
• Execute, develop, and proof various PowerPoint and Excel-based deliverables
• Communicate daily with vendors, other Phoenix Teams, and client managers
• BE/Copy testing/Tracking

Other Skills/Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree and relevant data coursework, internship, or experience
• Ability to learn quickly
• Some experience with Excel and PowerPoint (SPSS a plus)
• Strong analytic ability and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills to maintain schedules and meet deadlines
