As Senior Data Scientist in the Property Data Solutions team, you will work in a cross-functional product, technology and data team to build new data products in our property marketplace. You will carry out analysis as well as design, implementing, deploying and maintaining machine learning models.


A bit about you!

  • You will work in a cross-functional product, data and technology team to build new data products.

  • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, deploying and maintaining machine learning models which serve customer needs.

  • You will be responsible for data analysis to understand the data products’ performance and improve product decision making.

  • You will work closely with product and engineering to ensure a scalable and sustainable solution for our customers.

  • You will be translating business requirements to a data science problem definition.

  • You will work collaboratively with other data scientists, ML and data engineers, and business users. Your work will help us design, scope, deploy and maintain data science projects.

  • You will present information using data visualisation techniques.

  • You keep up to date with the latest research, trends and best practices in machine learning.

We'd love you to have...


  • Must have relevant commercial experience with a detailed understanding of scoping, designing, implementing and deploying machine-learning models.

  • Must have work experience & should be able to demonstrate expert-level skills with respect to Statistical Modelling, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics with at least one domain you would consider yourself a domain expert.

  • Data preparation, data manipulation, exploratory data analysis using Python and SQL.

  • Proficiency in python data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.

  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP or Azure ecosystem with a strong preference for AWS.

  • Previous experience using git for version control in work. Experience in using CI/CD in model pipeline development and deployment.

  • Expertise in Deep Learning and its applications to at least one of the areas of Personalisation, Computer Vision, NLP, Prediction, etc are pluses.

  • Expertise in Time series analytics or Propensity models is a plus.
