- Description:*
- Working under the direction of Workstream Lead and System Integrator, and leveraging their experience in SAP General Ledger, Data Dimensions modules and processes, to support the workstream with the documentation, design, configuration, data conversion, testing and deployment activities.
- Develops supporting business functional documentation on RICEFW and data dimensions design based on business requirements. Documentation to be reviewed and approved for configuration to support processes in scope - ERP General Ledger and General Ledger processes – including journal entry processing, close process, etc.
- Documents gaps detailing decisions and/or solutions mutually agreed upon by the workstream team for leadership’s consideration.
- Understands SAP data dimensions as it relates to the functional workstream’s responsibilities and will assist in confirming the SAP components and solution built by the Technology team meet all business requirements.
- Will be a key participant supporting testing through all business testing cycles including Unit, SIT, UAT, mock close, go-live, and hyper-care; helping to document, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Works on data conversion/migration activities and reconciliations.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP SAP modules in scope with experience in testing protocol, data conversion, and training.
- Must possess strong analytical, organizational, detailed oriented, collaborative, communication, and problem-solving skills who work comfortably with both business and IT professionals.
- Collaborate with Security & Compliance team to ensure compliance for the ERP implementation.
Help identify IT security, risk, compliance, privacy, and other key controls.
- Provides status and raises issues to Team Leads and Business Delivery Lead. Troubleshoot any issue that may arise in the Business Functional workstream area as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or in a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with SAP or similar ERP with solid knowledge / experience of relevant business processes and their integration with ERP systems.
