Position Purpose: The IT Support Data Analyst will be responsible for research and analysis of data found within Service Now to verify that all information is being appropriately captured and submitted accurately. This position will also run reports to verify trends in categories, technologies, locations, etc.
Research and Analyzes Service Now ticket database
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports on Call Trends (categories, technologies, locations, etc.)
Communicate/present findings with other leadership in department
Ad-hoc reports requested by Management through Service Now
Data analysis conducted on call volume working closely with WFM (Work Force Management) team.
Other duties and responsibilities as needed
Education/Experience: Associates’ degree, or equivalent, and two years of experience required. Experience creating high quality reports using Excel, Access or equivalent tools. Minimum 1 to 3 years of data analysis experience. ServiceNow experience preferred. Scripting experience preferred.
