We are recruiting for a Senior Data Analyst to partner our various Capital Delivery & Design teams to develop clear, data driven reporting to ensure the success of Severn Trent’s Capital Programme.
This role can be based in either our Finham, Coventry or Raynesway, Derby offices.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
You will develop strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, aiding with providing deeper analysis across al available capital reporting. You will liaise with performance analysts and data scientists to review and develop clear, data driven reporting, and liaise with peers to investigate and provide recommendations on best practise solutions that will support to Capital Programme. You will investigate large databases, supporting with data quality issues and provide relevant insights around improvement. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure reporting drives process and performance improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Ideally holding a relevant qualification, you will have experience working in a data driven and analytical environment, with high levels of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify rood causes and analyse drivers of performance. You will have experience in database interrogation and analysis tools such as SQL AND Power BI and have knowledge of Microsoft standard applications, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. You will have experience of data analysis and report building, working with large volumes of data, GDPR and data protection. You will have strong experience utilising visual capabilities to build confidence in the data we report on, with a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
