What you will do This is a high-impact role in which you will be part of shaping the future of digital healthcare. In the role of a Data Analyst, You would be expected to independently interpret a fuzzy real-world need, conduct the analysis, synthesize the insights. And then explain the result in layman terms within the company as well as our external partners to influence decisions. Your work will help doctors and nurses treat their patients better, and provide our clinical partners, such as the Swedish healthcare regions, with insights and data to work in a more data-driven way and improve their operations. This is a role with high impact where you will be part of shaping the future of digital healthcare.
Who are we looking for:
You have professional experience in performing analysis on large datasets to extract valuable insights that will drive decision-making.
Communication skills. You will interact with several stakeholders within the organization and our external partners to understand their needs and communicate the insights you created.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Experience from creating visualizations in BI-Tools such as Metabase, Qlikview, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or similar.
Strong SQL skills and some programming experience
It is a plus if you know some statistics, but at the very least you are comfortable with correlation vs causation conversions and good at thinking about which “lurking variables” could explain strange results.
Fluency in Swedish & English, written and spoken, is needed
