Role Responsibilities
- Financial Services experience is essential.
- 2-3 years of experience with data experience in a previous position/organization
- Skilled in Data Analysis, Research, Validation and Documentation
- Detail oriented and capable of delivering work with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts in a project/process environment
- Should be organized, diligent and above all a team player
- Excellent negotiating skills with persuasive presentations backed by logical data
- Ability to handle escalations or stakeholders' complaints with minimal supervision
- Intermediate Knowledge of SQL
